Our team is seeking a Bar Supervisor who represents our brands professionally and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on hospitality environment. You lead from the front, set the standard through your work, and inspire your team through action by living out our Together & Company values at every event.

As a Bar Supervisor, you are actively involved in every aspect of bar execution, from setup to service to breakdown. You are responsible for coaching and supporting your team while stepping into any role as needed. You often function as the primary on-site lead for bar operations, ensuring smooth service, accurate drink making, and that all beverage-related details are executed to meet our high standards and client expectations.

Successful Bar Supervisors are confident decision-makers who stay calm under pressure, manage multiple moving parts with attention to detail, and hold the team accountable through thoughtful coaching. Above all, you model professionalism, strong work ethic, and positive energy while ensuring efficient, high-quality bar service and a seamless guest experience.

This is a part time variable position with evening and weekend requirements

Responsibilities

The Primary job of the Bar Supervisor includes but is not limited to:

  • Read event paperwork and mentally prepare in advance of event
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and coach your bar team to ensure everyone understands setup, service standards, and responsibilities
  • Oversee bar operations during events, guiding team members, monitoring service, ensuring accurate drink making, resolving issues, and maintaining legal compliance
  • Manage all off-site bar logistics, including setup, organizing, and breakdown of equipment and supplies
  • Ensure client and guest timelines are followed and all contracted bar services are delivered
  • Assign bar responsibilities clearly and hold team members accountable to service standards and checklists
  • Take full ownership of the guest and client experience related to bar service
  • Collaborate with FOH and BOH leadership to support overall event execution
  • Submit detailed post-event reports and professional feedback within 24 hours
  • Attend quarterly supervisor meetings and required trainings for ongoing development

Required

  • Customer service experience
  • Banquet, catering, or bar service experience
  • Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving large vans
  • Ability to lift, load, and move up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and use hands for up to 8 hours
  • Reliable transportation
  • Meet the 3-shift per month minimum and be available for at least two weekends per month, with additional shifts expected during peak seasons
  • Pass background check
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Knowledge of alcohol service laws and responsible beverage handling

Preferred

  • Flexible schedule and evening/weekend availability
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience in hospitality or bar service
  • Experience driving large trucks or vans
  • TIPS certification or equivalent alcohol service training
  • ServSafe certification
