As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be an agile collaborator responsible for translating company goals and brand fundamentals into best-in-class digital marketing strategy.   You will be an integral member of the Marketing Team, collaborating internally and externally to champion digital efforts from inception through execution and measurement. Responsibilities

The Primary job of the Digital Marketing Manager includes but is not limited to:

  • Plan, execute and measure digital marketing strategy and tactics including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Web Development, Analytics, Advertising in accordance with brand and business strategy
  • Maintain, monitor and optimize websites – ensuring brand storytelling and lead generation effectiveness
  • Plan and implement online digital marketing collateral needs in collaboration with Creative and Content Managers
  • Collaborate with Creative and Content Managers to execute optimized, measurable calendar of digital marketing efforts
  • Work within Marketing Team to ensure that cross-department partnership and communication is team-centered
  • Participate within company technology projects to enhance company capabilities
  • Collaborate with Content Manager to develop integrated analytics and partnering to create cohesive recommendations for building customer relationships and advertising effectiveness
  • Optimally maintains Hubspot platform, collaborating with Sales & Marketing teams to continuously improve usage and business effectiveness
  • Performance reporting (ROI and KPIs) to assess activities against goals, developing consistent systems for translating learning into action while effectively communicating learning across the organization
  • Recommend innovative strategies and tactics to attract new business and increase revenues
  • Stay current with emerging digital opportunities, converting this knowledge into strategic recommendations for adoption
  • Utilize analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, resulting in continuous optimization
  • Manage digital marketing budget and other duties as assigned

Required

  • 3-5  years of digital marketing experience within fast-paced hospitality, restaurant, or retail marketing team
  • Proficiency with Photoshop & Illustrator or InDesign
  • Ability to deliver high quality work, quickly and on-time, within a dynamic organization
    Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Must be highly motivated, have a positive demeanor, be a team player, proactive self-starter, and excellent communicator
