We are looking for someone who is passionate about our event operations and guest experiences, always ensuring our venue is equipped and ready for our internal and external clients. A collaborative attitude is crucial, as you will interact with various teams, from Operations to Sales and Events, ensuring everyone is aligned with the venue’s standards and the facility is highly functional for all teams. Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively is vital, especially during high-demand periods or preparing for large-scale events. Ultimately, our Venue Operations Coordinator must be reliable, approachable, and able to maintain a balance between achieving operational excellence and fostering a positive, welcoming environment.
