Beer Cheese Dip

With the weather going from 0 to Fall practically over night, this super quick and easy recipe is perfect for so many occasions! Traditionally, beer cheese dip is served chilled - hello poolside snack as you soak up those last few summer rays - but how can anyone resist warm, gooey cheese?! All you have to do is pop the dip in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes (or until the dip is heated through) at 350° & you've got a game day treat everyone will love! 


In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, beer, & dressing mix until smooth
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese
Serve with your favorite pretzel - we love Original Pretzel Crisps

*If you want it warm instead, just bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes (or until heated through)


1 package of cream cheese (softened)
1/3 cup of beer (or non-alcoholic beer)
1 envelope of ranch salad dressing mix
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
