Operations Houseperson

Our team is seeking a Operations House person to collaborate with our operations and events teams to push our catering business to the next level. The successful candidate will focus on maintaining a show ready venue space, event set up and tear down and product receiving to ensure company standards are being upheld.  


This candidate is excellent at cleaning and organization, detail oriented and skilled at following through while keeping to timelines. The perfect house person will have a sense of ownership and pride over a beautiful space and take action when something is out of place.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Setting a room according to a given floor plan
  • Maneuvering equipment safely and properly
  • Maintain a clean “show ready” space
  • Checking in and putting away deliveries of supplies and food.
  • Making sure food and product is stored properly
  • Participating in counting weekly and monthly inventory
  • Cleaning the facility between event execution
  • Pulling display products for events
  • Regular upkeep of outdoor spaces
  • Transport and logistics with offsite production space
  • Operationalizing our company values


  • Minimum of 2 years in porter/houseperson roles
  • Has references to confirm trustworthiness, timeliness, and efficiency
  • Proficient with interpreting diagrams, spatial navigation
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for 8 hours at a time
  • Insurable driving record
