HR Business Partner Manager

Description

This is a unique opportunity for a fast learning, curious, emotionally intelligent HR professional torn between the strategic and collaborative aspects of an HR Business Partner role and developing a team. We are a small company with a clear vision and goals shared by all. We are looking for an HR Business Partner Manager to work directly with leadership to achieve our annual and mid-range goals who also loves leading a small and mighty team.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Project Manage initiatives related to recruiting, hiring and retention
  • Administrative management of small and mighty Team Services Department
  • Contribute to our strong culture through best practices in employee relations
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Lead DEI practices to ensure that all individuals feel safe, valued, and heard

  • Manager training and implementation
  • High Potential Leadership Track Development and implementation
  • Develop project plan to help improve company collaboration through SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
  • Core Process Development, Documentation and integration to be Followed by All
  • Next level field training development and implementation
  • Optimal staffing levels through data analysis

Required

  • Field of Study: HR or a related field required. Approximately five Years of Experience in HR or a related field required
  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices
  • Ability to effectively communicate with multiple levels of internal and external customers
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong judgement & maturity
  • A work ethic ready to roll up sleeves
  • Willingness to occasionally work in the field during non-work week hours to support decision making in initiatives

Preferred

  • HR certification or willing to obtain within reasonable time frame after hire
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience in hospitality
