Full Time Catering & Events Driver

The Catering & Event Driver’s primary accountability is to transport materials, food, and supplies to event venues and on-site locations by doing the following:

• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance inspections of all vehicles
• Coordinate all trucks/van deliveries and orchestrate movement of supplies/food across all Petro Hospitality brands
• Review daily operational pull sheets and check for accuracy before loading supplies/food for transport
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all items leaving the building
• Load all supplies/food in the van according to the delivery schedule
• Transport supplies/food to an identified location on time ensuring the quality of food and no damage to supplies
• Unload all supplies/food and place in designated location according to delivery schedule. Communicate to the on-site manager as needed
• Set up small catering orders as needed and ensure customer satisfaction
• Help with medium/large catering order set up as needed
• Assist Operations department with moving and putting away items as needed
• Communicate to the Operations Managers any issues and solicit support to resolve
• Transport Sweet Carrot & Kitties Cakes catering items to identified locations
• Transport Fives catering items and equipment to identified locations
• Attend operations meetings as requested
• Actively working alongside team members to complete deliveries
• Provide regular, quality feedback to the Operations Manager about operational efficiency opportunities and ways to improve the customer experience
