The Director of Sales and Marketing is a high performing, confident, creative, and driven individual.

Their primary role is to lead the sales and marketing teams to meet the growth goals of the company. They are accountable for sales growth and strategic campaigns that drive sales for our brands: Together & Company, Sweet Carrot, High Line Car House and The Fives.

This person knows that successful events require leading the entire team to produce results through concise communication, organization and delivering what you promise when you promise. This person is passionate about developing others and creates an environment of accountability, coaching and motivation.  This person is organized, and business minded.  They can see the big picture, understanding how effective marketing and sales tactics impact business objectives, while implementing various communication efforts simultaneously.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, and a talented delegator with the ability to hold others accountable to deadlines. Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the sales team and drive growth in new net sales across our brands (High Line Car House, The Fives, Sweet Carrot, and Together & Company)
  • Own the annual sales projections and planning process leveraging their knowledge of industry trends and revenue drivers
  • Refine sales processes and hold team accountable finding the balance between overall sales strategy and specific sales tactics
  • Set appropriate metrics and KPIs to drive performance and hold team accountable
  • Establish and execute bonus structure that will be motivating for team

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, manage and hold accountable the marketing team
  • Develop strategy focused on the integration of sales and marketing creating marketing initiatives to support meeting sales goals
  • Create and implement the annual marketing calendar across all brands designed to meeting larger marketing and sales objectives
  • Maintain consistent brand voice for all clients
  • Leverage marketing analytics and competitive assessments to influence tactical improvements

Required

  • 5 years of leadership experience with an emphasis on sales
  • Experience setting sales strategy and goals and holding teams accountable
  • Demonstrable experience with sales and marketing integration
  • Experience setting creating marketing strategy and leading team to execute successfully
  • Experience creating, implementing and managing marketing campaigns
  • Experience with demand generation that drives qualified leads and inquiries
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Solid knowledge of digital analytics and KPIs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, all social media platforms and Google Business applications.
  • Business acumen; demonstrated ability to collaborate and add value cross functionally and understand multiple lines of business
