Catering Front of House Supervisor

Our team is seeking Event Supervisors who are proactive leaders and hospitality experts who represent our brands with a high level of professionalism and grit.

They will always take the time to make sure the team comprehends and follows our processes consistently.

The Event Supervisor’s primary responsibilities include:

  • Reading event paperwork and mentally preparing in advance of events
  • Checking in and leading event staff in pre-shift meetings and training
  • Delegating event tasks to appropriate team members and holding them accountable to responsibilities and checklists
  • Ensuring the smooth Front of House flow of events from beginning to end
  • Collaborating on event management with Bar and Back of House supervisors
  • Ensuring that clients and guests timelines are managed correctly, and all contracted services are delivered during events
  • Post-event cleanup and organization
  • Submitting event reports with thoughtful professional feedback within 24 hours of event


  • Customer service experience
  • Catering or banquet service experience
  • Pass background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel; reach with hand and arms, and stoop, kneel or crouch for up to 8 hours at a time
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable means of transportation
  • (2) Saturday per month mandatory availability
  • Eligible to work in U.S.


  • Valid driver’s license
  • Flexible schedule and weekend/evening availability
  • Experience driving large trucks or vans
  • Bartending experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • ServSafe certification
